Cancellation & Refund policy in between Buyer (a person or legal entity who use ykartretail.com or mobile application for buying purpose only) and Seller (a verified legal entity or a person who is capable to sell his products or services on ykartretail.com or mobile application for selling purpose), ykartretail.com or website or mobile application here-in-after referred as Y-Kart.

Cancellation of order is completely under the discretion of seller, buyer or wholesaler is allowed to cancel before the order is approved or marked to ship by Seller on ykartretail.com. Buyer have to refer the seller policy mentioned under product description before booking the order about the Cancellation & Refund Policy. We will regularly update our Cancellation & Refund Policy time to time without any notice.

Y-Kart is not liable for any fraud or any loss incurred to buyer, if any things comes under fraud or loss kindly bring it our notice with in 24 hours through disputes@ykartretail.com.We take necessary steps to prevent the same not to happen to others and we will remove seller from the platform.

Cancellation of Order for Indian and International Users:

Cancellation of order by buyer: Cancellation will not be allowed once sellers confirms the order. Cancellation of the product will be allowed before the product has been confirmed by the seller, once the shipping procedure starts the buyer not able to cancel the ordered product or service which they have ordered.

No refund will be allowed once the order has been confirmed to ship by seller.

Cancellation of order by seller: It is under the sole discretion of seller to cancel the order on his own at any time for any reason. Y-Kart’s or its associates or its partners are not liable for any losses or damages caused to buyer due to cancellation of order by seller.

 Refund as per RREP:

Return or Replacement or Refund or Exchange: A product return is the process of a customer taking previously purchased merchandise back to the retailer, and in turn receiving a replacement or refund in the original form of payment, exchange for another item (identical or different). Return or Replacement or Refund or Exchange (Collectively referred as ‘RRRE’) is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which option is offered by respective sellers to buyers. All products listed under same category do not have same RRRE. Reasons like damaged, different product not as shown on our platform may be consider after detailed investigation before accepting replacement. Y-Kart is not liable for any damages caused to buyer because of seller violating RRRE policy, Y-Kart may share the details of seller to such buyer to resolve their dispute. Y-Kart is not facilitating any Buyer protection Program bit we may try our level best to clear the dispute which brings to our notice through disputes@ykartretail.com, Y-Kart is only platform provider. If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. Amazon shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.

Non-Returnable: Products which are marked as not returnable are not cover under RRRE Policy.

Return: Buyer have to verify before order of product on our platform whether return option is available or not. Scheme of return option is completely under the discretion of sellers only. Buyer has to raise return request with proper reason through our customer care or through MY account page of platform with in 1 (One) day or within the same day after receiving the product by buyer from our delivery partner by contacting our customer care. Return is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased in the original condition to the seller along with the original packing, MRP “Maximum Retail Price” tags, Not activated, Note used or which may to be consider to accept the return request by seller which are purchased on this platform. The issue to be consider the return request are likely to be damaged product, product was missing, wrong item was received. On return of the product there are chances or replacement or refund based on the case, which may varies product to product. If seller disagrees a return request even there is a valid reason. Buyer can file a dispute directly on seller to our customer care. In case of product was shipped directly by the seller to buyer, once the return request was accepted by the seller – buyer has to send the product in actual condition to seller directly (In this type of return request you have to raise return request through our customer care, Y-Kartis not liable for any shipment problem). Seller may reject the return request raised by the buyer if reason is not valid or not to be consider.

Replacement: It may under the sole discretion of seller only. Replacement of product is allowed only when the customer may receive any different product (other than what they have ordered), defective product (Damage or  item was defective or item was dead on received, items were missing or wrong item was sent which may be considered by our seller) with in 1 (One) day or within the same day after receiving the product by buyer from our delivery partner by contacting our customer care.  Reasons like damaged, different product not as shown on our platform may be consider after detailed investigation before accepting replacement. In case of replacement accepted by the seller, buyer have to return the purchased product in the actual condition in which they have received, once seller receives the product then seller may send the new product to the buyer. In case the seller is unable to ship the replacement product with in 4 business working days, buyer may get the refund amount of the product purchased as per the refund policy.

Exchange: Exchange is a scheme offered by the seller on his own. Exchange means the seller may take the older or used product from the buyer and giving him new product or as mentioned under the product description. The benefit of exchange will be availed by buyer in from of cash discount which is directly provide by seller. Buyer has to pay the difference amount of original cost to exchange cost. Currently we are not facilitating any exchange policy.

Refunds: There could be situations when customers or buyers request a refund of the payments made for the products or services purchased or availed after cancellation or returned of the same to seller on Y-Kart website or on its mobile application. If the product is returned by buyer or cancelled by buyer the refund amount will be refunded back after deducting transaction charges, taxes or any other charges which may to be considered from the total paid for product to buyer actual mode of payment within 15 business working days. In case of return of product the refund to buyer will process after the shipment received by the seller in actual condition.

Payment / settlement: Payment settlement to seller against the sale product or service on Y-Kart will be settled within 7 business working days after completion of return or replacement period (Total time for settlement = 7 Business working days + Return or Replacement Time in days).

Time taken to refund: It will take 15 business working days for the refund after getting confirmation by the seller that product was received in good condition and actual condition (Time taken to refund = 15 business working days + time taken to get confirmation by seller). Our trusted payment gateway partners do not charge you for refunds. However, delivery charges, transaction charges, fees and tax charged for a captured payment will not be reversed.

Cancellation & RREP Policy for International Users:

RREP (Return or Replacement or Refund or Exchange) policy is not applicable to the users reside outside of India (Buyer reside outside of India). The users has to confirm any instructions given by the seller before purchase as there is no option for Return & Refund of purchased products. Y-kart is not liable for any losses occurred due to the transaction on our platform.
