All items that have the “Cash on Delivery Available” icon are valid for order by Cash on Delivery. Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. There will be minimum order value set by respective banks to cards holders to avail credit card and Debit card EMI. Y-Kart Do not collect any processing fee from the customers to avail EMI option at time of purchase. The processing fee charged for availing EMI payment option it will be as per the card holders Bank discretion, On return or exchange, interest charged by the bank till that time will not be refunded by Y-Kart. You may check with the respective bank/issuer on how a cancellation, refund or pre-closure could affect the EMI terms, and what interest charges would be levied on you for the same. User have to contact payment gateway partner (selected at time of payment on our website or mobile application) for any declined or aborted or any inconvenience occur at time of payment on this platform. Taxes if applicable as per applicable laws of India which to be collected directly by user may be collected.

Payment / settlement: Payment settlement to seller against the sale product or service on Y-Kart will be settled within 7 business working days after completion of return or replacement period (Total time for settlement = 7 Business working days + Return or Replacement Time in days).

Time taken to refund: It will take 15 business working days for the refund after getting confirmation by the seller that product was received in good condition and actual condition (Time taken to refund = 15 business working days + time taken to get confirmation by seller). Our trusted payment gateway partners do not charge you for refunds. However, delivery charges, transaction charges, fees and tax charged for a captured payment will not be reversed.

International Payments or Transactions:
