Y-Kart or ykartretail.com is a multivendor e-market place where it provides its services through its platform to sellers across India to do sell their products and services to end customers (customer means buyer or wholesaler) and customers may purchase their desired products which are available on this platform. Y-Mart & Hotels Private Limited is trading as Y-Kart. We and our affiliates respect the intellectual property of others. We are not having any procedure to verify the sellers who register on this platform whether they are authorized to sell as per the real owner respective company policy on this platform or they are authorized to make use of the items which comes under infringement of Intellectual Property. If you find any such information, kindly bring it to our notice in the below specified format and we will rectify it within a reasonable time of 4 months and Y-Kart is not liable for any losses, damages caused to real owner or to your intellectual property.

Intimation letter to be sent through Registered Post only. Actual time to resolve will be calculated from the date of received of intimation letter which is sent through Registered Post. Real Owners can write to us through infringement@ykartretail.com, after receiving the original Hard Copy of Intimation letter we initiate necessary steps to review and rectify them.

Based on the details provided by the real owner we will communicate with the respective seller for clarification and to resolve the issue and the same will be communicated through the email provided in your intimation letter. Maximum time to resolve your issue is 90 days from the date of Received of “True signed copy Intimation letter on Intellectual Property Infringement”.

7. I/We agree to Terms & Conditions as per Y-Kart policy, for disclose of any information or details of sellers who violated and causes Infringement of Intellectual Property on this platform.
8. I/We proceed legally on the seller or the legal person who is responsible for infringement of Intellectual Property, if the said issue will not be resolved within 90 days from the date of received as per Laws applicable in India.
9. I/We looking forward to your response within 60 days from the date of received of this intimation letter through the registered post to our office address or to the email address as per your comfort.
